The property has been meticulously renovated with period and contemporary materials, the very elegant and modern interior offers great comfort and brightness in all the rooms of the house, with very generous outdoor terraces to peacefully contemplate the magnificent sea view.

The villa AMICITIA offers a living space of 225 m² with a large living room, sea view and terrace facing south.
3 large bedrooms with king size beds, shower and bath, toilets, a dormitory for 4 children, sleeping 0.90 X 200 with its shower room. Fully equipped kitchen with outside terrace under pergola

An external lift serves the 2 levels from the garage. A large 11 m x 4.50 m mirror pool with an incredible sea view, the water is treated by a BIO UV system, which allows you to bathe in fresh water without smell or chlorine. A bubble bench completes the services of the pool which is secured by a roller shutter. Outdoor shower.
A petanque court with a sea view is also at your disposal.

Bookings are made from Saturday to Saturday for periods of 7 days/14 days/21 days/.... for July and August.
