The villa AMICITIA offers a living space of 225 m² with a large living room, sea view and terrace facing south.
3 large bedrooms with king size beds, shower and bath, toilets, a dormitory for 4 children, sleeping 0.90 X 200 with its shower room. Fully equipped kitchen with outside terrace under pergola

An external lift serves the 2 levels from the garage. A large 11 m x 4.50 m mirror pool with an incredible sea view, the water is treated by a BIO UV system, which allows you to bathe in fresh water without smell or chlorine. A bubble bench completes the services of the pool which is secured by a roller shutter. Outdoor shower.
A petanque court with a sea view is also at your disposal.

Bookings are made from Saturday to Saturday for periods of 7 days/14 days/21 days/.... for July and August.

Le Rayol
Le Rayol is a small, unspoilt village by the sea between Cavalaire and Le Lavandou, just a few kilometres from Saint Tropez. It is a village surrounded by lush nature, with its renowned botanical garden.
Located at the western end of the Massif des Maures coastline, Le Rayol is not just a village but a veritable garden, consisting of 400 species of trees imported from all over the world, covering 80% of the municipality's surface area.
